Q. ARE ALL SALES FINAL?

A. Power to the consumer! If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it was in bad conditions when it was shipped to you. Let us know. Send the item back and we will issue you a refund. Be aware that you have to pay for the shipping to return it but you will be refunded for returning it. THE ONLY TIME SALES ARE FINAL IS WHEN YOU PURCHASE A DIGITAL ITEM.
